Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and The Mastery Design Collaborative, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide an additional 3-month collaborative to support four (4) schools in District's Elevation Network with transforming their school model over three years: Elmhurst Community Preparatory, Alliance Academy, Emerson Elementary, and Westlake Middle , extending the Contract term of December 1, 2016 through March 31, 2017 to June 30, 2017, in the additional amount of $35,000.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $50,000.00 to $85,000.00, via the Office of Post-Secondary Readiness. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
