Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and We Lead Ours, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide an additional 542 hours of classroom and assembly anti-tobacco/marijuana presentations, Alcohol, Tobacco and Other Drugs (ATOD) awareness sessions for students violating OUSD tobacco/drug free policies, cessation and strengths-based life skills and academic coaching at 10-20 middle and high school sites; and other services, as described in the amended Scope of Work, for the period of August 22, 2016 through June 8, 2017, in the amount of $95,000.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $86,000.00 to $181,000.00. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
