Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Serena Clayton, Oakland, CA, for the latter to convene and facilitate in consultation with partner agencies, co-create meeting agendas and facilitate partnership meetings, including Core Leadership Team meetings and work group meetings focused on design and implementation of specific projects or tactical initiatives; provide project management to support the Partnership's work in the areas of cross-agency collaboration, systems integration and institutionalization of the Partnership, including development of systems, protocols and policies to guide Partnership activities and also ensure that grant activities are simultaneously supporting the achievement of student learning outcomes and meeting employer needs, via the Office of Post-Secondary Readiness, for the period of February 01, 2017 through June 30, 2017, in an amount not to exceed $35,000.00.
