Ratification by the Board of Education of the E-rate Consultation Services Agreement between District and Henry (Rick) Del Valle aka RDV Consulting Services, with the latter for E-Rate activities performed in support of submission of documentation and funding of E-Rate discounts for Client, including E-Rate Funding Years 2017-2018 in an amount not to exceed $55,000.00 and for activities performed in support of Category Two applications, including developing technical specifications, writing or revising the RFP, and evaluating vendor responses, as well as Form 470/471 activities, for an additional amount not to exceed $10,000.00, respectively, more specifically the services as delineated in Exhibits A and B, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for a cumulative Agreement sum not to exceed $65,000.00, via the Technology Services Department, for the term July 1, 2016 through September 30, 2018 or terminate earlier as specified in Agreement.
