Adoption by the Board of Education of Resolution No. 1617-0116 - Approving Amendment No. 2, Contract No. CSPP-6018, California State Preschool Program, Project No. 01-6125-00-6 between District and the California Department of Education, by amending the particulars stated, regarding the Alameda County Individualized Child Care Subsidy Pilot Plan, the Maximum Reimbursable Amount, the Maximum Rate, the Blended Rate and Service Requirements, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, and adding encumbered amount by $156,643.00, increasing the prior encumbrance of $10,098,657.00 to $10,255,300.00, via the Early Childhood Education Department, for the period July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
