Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and Catholic Charities of the East Bay (CCEB), Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional hours of service to train and support 3.0 FTE Clinical Case Managers to serve the 6 high school sites who, with the 6 site-based high school Restorative Practices Facilitators, will provide 10-12 weeks of RTIPs, Trauma and Grief Component Therapy for Adolescents (TGCTA) targeted group interventions open for students screened as meeting requirements for group entry, and to provide more intensive, long-term Tier 3 confidential group treatment interventions with a school-site based therapist based at each high school, with characteristics and/or outcomes, as described in the Scope of Work, for the period of July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017, in the additional amount of $203,907.52, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $86,000.00 to $289,907.52.
