Approval by the by the Board of Education of a Construction Work Contract under $45,000, Awarded Pursuant to CUPCCAA, Contract No. 13158, by and between the District and North American Fence, Oakland, CA, for the latter to supply and install one pedestrian gate and hardware; remove two existing gates and haul; install 40" x 8' swing gate with spear points; install 12'-6" swing gate, (price includes contingency of $1,000.00 that must be approved by the District to bill against), in conjunction with the Fremont New Construction Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, commencing October 27, 2016 and concluding no later than December 31, 2017, in an amount not to exceed $8,788.00.
