Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Kendra Alice Rivas, Oakland, CA, for the latter to: 1) Support students in the application and/ or enrollment in a partner program including the writing of personal statements and reflections, the gathering of letters of recommendation and necessary documentation and the fulfillment of all other forms and permission slips; 2) Discern and negotiate the expectations of the partner program, school and family in all capacities; 3) Leverage the services across the partner agency and the school to meet academic and socio-emotional expectations, and 4) Case-manage a group of 30-35 9th or 10th graders participating in 3-5 different partner program, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Coliseum College Preparatory Academy, for the period of August22, 2016 through June 09, 2017, in an amount not to exceed $32,000.00.
