Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Professional Services Contract between the District and Heather Manchester, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide an additional 240 hours as a Youth Program Coordinator to recruit and train youth leaders from middle and high schools within the District's existing Restorative Justice (RJ) cohort; select youth to participate in an RJ leadership/youth development cohort charged with articulating, promoting, researching, and educating peers and adults about restorative practices in schools and how to use the paradigm to transform school culture, for the period of September 21, 2015 through June 30, 2016, in the amount of $12,000.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $63,000.00 to $75,000.00. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
