Title: Approval by the Board of Education of a Small Construction Work (CUPCCAA) Contract - Contract No. 15123 - between the District and Syserco, Fremont, CA., for the latter to integrate of all new controls into existing Alerton front ends, furnish and install Global Controller for DDC Control for 27 RHC Zones including furnishing space temperature senor, HW Valve Actuator, 18 baseboard heaters including space temperature and valve actuator, provide 4 hours of training for staff and B & G, in conjunction with the Bret Harte Middle School Prop 39 E Lighting Upgrade Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, commencing June 23, 2016 and concluding no later than September 25, 2016, in an amount not-to exceed $174,500.00.
