Ratification by the Board of Education of a Contract for Repairs, Maintenance or Construction Services Under $45,000 Awarded Pursuant to CUPCCAA - Contract Number 15105 - between the District and Elite Tree Service, Inc., Oakland, CA., for the latter to provide removal of three(3) large trees on the campus play yard to make room for a new soccer field; stumps to be grounded down 18 inches below existing asphalt, and obtain a city permit for the removal of the trees, in conjunction with the Frick Intensive Support Site Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, commencing June 22, 2016 and concluding no later than September 20, 2016, in an amount not-to exceed $8,700.00.
