Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and Public Profit, LLC, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide two additional key services: 1) Prepare and submit reports to state and federal funders, including merging data files across data platforms for safe reporting and completing data entry for the updated federal 21st CCLC reporting system; prepare site level program profiles for all 76 school based after school programs supported by OUSD; and update annual report to reflect additional input from client; and 2) Host monthly meetings for District and City staff regarding the evaluation; facilitate interactive workshop for grantees and staff about the findings of the 2015-16 evaluation, regarding the After Schools Program Evaluation, for the period of August 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016, in the amount of $50,000.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $35,000.00 to $85,000.00.
