Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and Ilene Fortune, Oakland, CA, for the latter, in coordination with the site administrator, to provide additional services, to recruit, train, and oversee a representative group of student peer mediators, conduct mediation sessions, and support the delivery of the Toolbox Elementary violence prevention curricular lessons in collaboration with the site staff and provide other service(s), as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, in an additional amount not to exceed $3,000.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount $35,000.00 to $38,000.00, and reducing the term of the Contract from August 19, 2015 through June 17, 2016 to June 13, 2016, at Kaiser Elementary School. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
