Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and HERO, Inc., for the latter to provide a variety of mentoring services to target populations (Title 1, Latino, and African American students) in the form of social skills, Young Hero Leadership Program and coach, with the latter supporting recess in the form of organized games and physical activities, at Sequoia Elementary School, in an additional amount of $4,000.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $28,000.00 to $32,000.00, for the term August 24, 2015 through June 9, 2016. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
