Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Tony Douangviseth, Hayward, CA, for the latter to plan, organize and coordinate a program for providing case management and academic intervention services to students in grades 9 and 10; work with career pathways, counselors and administrative team to monitor the attendance, grades and work of students; attend career pathway meetings, school meetings and meetings with outside agencies to provide for mutual assistance and support for students enrolled in grades 9 and 10, at Skyline High School, for the period of August 24, 2015 through June 30, 2016, in an amount not to exceed $20,000.00.
