Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Teaching Channel, San Francisco, CA, for the latter to film and produce a video that documents the process and learning of the inquiry process facilitated by Mills Teacher Scholars within a cohort of newcomer teachers in the District, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though set forth, via the Academics Department, for the term April 6, 2016 through June 30, 2016, in an amount not to exceed $20,000.00.
