Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Contracts between the District and Niam Group, LLC, Oakland, CA, with Malo Hutson, PhD, as the Lead Consultant, in support of the District's Equity Policy (Board Policy 5032) to add 13 focus groups for a total of 27 to reach a broader range of stakeholders and also analyze the content returned in the From The Desk (FTD) survey administered by OUSD and incorporate that analysis into the Engagement report to the Board.
