Approval by the Board of Education of Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services between District and Ninyo & Moore, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide Geotechnical Engineering Services, including project planning and development, present and discuss findings, recommendations and design, oversight for the preparation of test reports, review test results and submit to project manager, material testing, construction inspection services, aerial photographs, geologic and topographic maps and reports, soils and hazardous waste management, health and safety in conjunction with the Fremont New Construction Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period commencing May 11, 2016 and concluding no later than December 31, 2020 in an amount not to exceed $50,000.00.
