Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and Watkins Education Consulting, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide an additional 85 hours of service working with the school staff to design and implement supplemental instructional programs for identified students, including extended support services in Reading, Language Arts and Mathematics in Title I Program; conduct an annual informal meeting about the Title I Program for all impacted parents and confer with parents of identified students, as needed, throughout the Program duration, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at St. Leo the Great School, via the Office of Accountability Partners, for the period of September 14, 2015 through June 30, 2016 , in the additional amount of $5,807.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $7,344.00 to $13,151.00.
