Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and Hsar Htoo, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide an additional 530 hours of outreach, translation, and interpretation support services, providing an essential language and cultural connection between refugee families, OUSD schools, and the Refugee and Asylee Program, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, in the additional amount of $10,600.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $7,000.00 to $17,600.00, for the term September 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
