Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and East Bay Agency for Children, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional hours of service to coordinate the daily operations of the Central Family Resource Center (CFRC) at District's Department of Community Schools and Student Services, and promote the ongoing development and strengthening of the CFRC's supports and services; oversee the OUSD Health Insurance Enrollment Initiative, a key partnership housed within the CFRC; and provide outreach, education, advocacy, and information, referral, and linkage of services to families, in coordination with CFRC staff, volunteers, and partners, as needed, for the period of July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016, in the additional amount of $70,284.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $20,000.00 $90,284.00. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
