Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Sonoma Leadership Systems, Sonoma, CA, for the latter to provide assessments and workshop materials for 3 cohorts of OUSD-XL, a values based leadership development program launching this year, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the Organizational, Effectiveness and Culture Department, for the term of January 1, 2016 through June 30, 2016, in an amount not to exceed $18,000.00.
