Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and National Equity Project, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide coaching, technical assistance and professional development in service of developing distributed instructional leadership, which may include skill development, thought partnership, emotional support, feedback and problem solving in the form of in-person, electronic correspondence and phone meetings, at Rise Elementary School, for the term January 4, 2016 through June 9, 2016, in an amount not to exceed $20,000.00.
