Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Seeds, Petaluma, CA, for the latter to provide counselors to work and provide professional development and coaching support to staff to fully implement the District's social/emotional framework for student emotional growth and development and provide other services, all as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Garfield Elementary School, for the term October 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016, in an amount not to exceed $10,000.00.
