Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Leapfrog Consulting, Oakland, CA, for the latter to: 1. Build a robust teacher and leader sourcing strategy to establish diverse, high quality candidate pools; 2. Facilitate rigorous selection processes aligned to our standards of teacher and leader effectiveness; 3. Provide well-structured new teacher and leader supports to accelerate effectiveness and increase retention; 4. Establish meaningful systems of ongoing observation and feedback with aligned supports; 5. Build the capacity of principals to manage their talent effectively; and 6. Create a multi-layered system of career and compensation pathways to attract and retain our highest quality talent as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the Talent Division, for the period December 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016, in an amount not to exceed $3,600.00.
