Approval by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Moving Forward Education, Emeryville, CA, for the latter to provide the following services: Academic Mentorship support at all three alternative school sites during the 2015-16 school year; Deliver 5,000 hours of direct services before June 30, 2016; at Dewey and Bunche, provide a team of 3 Academic Mentors; at Rudsdale, provide one Academic Mentor for 25 hours per week of direct student services for 20 weeks; One lead Academic Mentor at each site (3 total) to provide an additional 10 hours of school site collaboration, student caseload management, and direct student support services during the extended day, via Schools Network No. 4, for the period of January 1, 2016 through June 30, 2016, in an amount not to exceed $200,000.00.
