Approval by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and East Oakland Youth Development Center, Oakland, CA, with the latter to extend working hours of After School Program adults to push into school day and provide more targeted academic and social support in classrooms, reducing classroom ratio and support relationship building across more students and adults, contributing to small group instructional support that will drive academic reading proficiency, at Roots International Academy, for the period of December 21, 2015 through July 1, 2016, in an amount not to exceed $23,000.00.
