Ratification by the Board of Education of the Master Services Agreement between the District and Great Place to Work Institute, Inc., a California corporation, for the latter to develop and undertake an employee survey of District employees and compile the results thereof, pursuant to the Statement of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for an amount not to exceed $50,000.00 for the term of one year, effective February 2, 2016, with the option of four one year extensions.
