Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Syntex Global, Berkeley, CA, for the latter to provide additional or supplemental translators in Arabic, Spanish, Vietnamese, Chinese, Cambodian, or other languages, as needed, if available, upon District's request, when District need exceeds capacity or availability of employee translators to provide translation services, and to provide technical support services to Communications team which will enable great community participation and learning about the Regional Analysis and how it will affect and improve community schools, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016, in an amount not to exceed $10,000.00.
