Approval by the Board of Education of Contract for Repairs, Maintenance or Small Construction Projects between District and Air Systems Incorporated, San Jose, CA, for the latter to provide planned services including the through periodic diagnosis and maintenance of equipment that are listed on the Equipment List contained in this Agreement and services, as specified in the Scope of Work, in Zone 3 for HVAC systems, in conjunction with the Division of Facilities, Planning and Management (Building & Grounds Zone 3), more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period commencing February 10, 2016 and concluding no later than May 30, 2016 in an amount not to exceed $45,000.00.
