Approval by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and HERO, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide structured student physical activity and games support during morning and afternoon recess; work with and train student leaders to monitor and support students during recess; provide peer mediation support for scholars that get into conflict, and provide other services and support, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Garfield Elementary School, for the term October 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016, in an amount not to exceed $27,000.00.
