Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Judy Heyboer Consulting, Menlo Park, CA, for the latter to provide second phase of Executive Coaching Services to Deputy Chief of Talent Aaron Townsend, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period of July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016, in an amount not to exceed $3,500.00.
