Approval by the Board of Education of Contract for Repairs, Maintenance Or Small Construction Projects between District and Comtel Systems Technology, Inc., Sunnyvale, CA, for the latter to replace the Phone / Intercom / Paging / Clock system, in conjunction with the Hoover Elementary School Intercom Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period commencing November 18, 2015 and concluding no later than January 18, 2016 in an amount not to exceed $146,212.00.
