Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and San Francisco Study Center, dba, Brothers on the Rise, San Francisco, CA, for the latter to provide the program Brothers, United!, empowering boys to be successful, peaceful, responsible and active in their schools and communities - to grow into young men who are college bound and career ready; provide a life skills curriculum, leadership training towards the delivery of peer education workshops and social action projects to positively impact community; provide 3 hours of service per week to a group of 8 3rd-5th grade male students of color each semester (servicing 16 students total), as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Manzanita SEED Elementary School, for the term October 1, 2015 through June 6, 2016, in an amount not to exceed $2,500.00.
