Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2 to the Grant Agreement between the District and the City of Oakland with District accepting Oakland Fund for Children and Youth (OFCY) Grant, pursuant to terms and conditions thereof, subject to form and content approval by General Counsel, for the Peer Restorative Justice Program, as described herein, at following District middle school sites: Bret Harte, Claremont, Edna Brewer, Elmhurst Community Preparatory, Frick, Madison Park Academy, Montera, and Westlake Middle Schools, and extending the term of the Grant Agreement from July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2015 to June 30, 2016, in the additional amount of $149,670.00, increasing the Grant Agreement not to exceed amount from $229,340.00 to $449,010.00. All other terms and conditions of the Grant Agreement remain in full force and effect.
