Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and HERO, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide a variety of counseling/mentoring services to targeted student population - Title 1, Latino and African-American students and provide professional development as needed, appropriate and support in the form of organized games and physical activities at all grade levels, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Global Family Elementary School, for the period August 24, 2015 through June 9, 2015, in an amount not to exceed $30,000.00.
