Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Carter-Kelly Consulting/Lifepoint, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide 720 hours (20 hours per week) of services to parents and students at the school to increase the involvement of parents in helping their low-achieving students to: engage more fully in the instructional and extra-curricular programs of the school; successfully achieve the state standards in core courses and electives; meet the graduation requirements; overcome behaviors that interfere with the accomplishment of these objectives; and experience both academic and socio-emotional development as described in the school's Schoolwide Learner Outcomes and serve as the Student Success Team Coordinator, at Oakland Technical High School, for the period August 17, 2015 through June 30, 2016, in an amount not to exceed $50,400.00.
