Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Naihobe Gonzalez, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide quantitative/statistical analyses to establish metrics and targets for use in: 1) monitoring student and school progress; and 2) defining college and career readiness benchmarks for students from early childhood to high school; conduct analysis for District and school scorecards and supporting reports and materials; perform data analysis to evaluate targets set, progress made on these targets, and trends in school performance; design and execute a school performance framework index for schools; define and document business rules to improve and standardize data reporting practices; support the Research, Assessment and Data Department in other strategic projects including listening campaigns and research projects, for the period of July 6, 2015 through August 6, 2015, in an amount not to exceed $9,780.00.
