Approval by the Board of Education of Independent Contractor Agreement for Professional Services between District and School Facility Consultants, Sacramento, CA, for the latter to to assist the District on an ongoing basis to determine and acquire State funding eligibility for new school construction, the modernization of existing school facilities and joint-use projects under the School Facility Program, in conjunction with the Division of Facilities Planning and Management Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period commencing July 1, 2015 and concluding no later than June 30, 2016 in an amount not to exceed $190,000.00.
