Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and Charles Brown, Jr., Fairfield, CA, for the latter to serve an additional middle and high school site to conduct classroom and assembly anti-tobacco marijuana presentations, alcohol tobacco and other drug awareness sessions with students violating District tobacco drug policies, cessation and life skills, counseling and academic advocacy; partner with middle and high school site Coordination of Services (COST) Team and administrators on tobacco marijuana use referral and intervention process; and survey all program students, complete monthly reports and attend all program meetings, in the additional amount of $3,500.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $22,000.00 to $25,500.00, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period August 25, 2014 through June 5, 2015.
