Approval by the Board of Education of Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services between District and Ninyo & Moore, Oakland, CA, for the latter to perform the following services: survey of asbestos; survey of lead paint; sprayed applied fireproofing; spray applied acoustic ceiling material; insulation on piping; insulation on duct work; survey of boilers; and flooring and flooring adhesive sample, in conjunction, in conjunction with the Skyline High School Turf Field Replacement Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period commencing June 24, 2015 and concluding no later than November 30, 2015 in an amount not to exceed $16,284.00.
