Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and Ellen Oppenheimer, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide services that include working with teachers to determine the most effective ways to integrate culinary arts and diet with grade level specific curriculum; develop, prepare and present lessons in these areas; determine the effectiveness of the lessons with modification if necessary; and identify garden potential to support culinary arts, in an additional amount not to exceed $3,200.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $10,000.00 to $13,200.00, at Peralta Elementary School, for the period November 10, 2014 through June 11, 2015. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in fully force and effect.
