Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and Olivia Higgins, Alameda, CA, for the latter to assist in design and development of a District student event scheduled for May 21, 2015; continue to support the LGBTQ School Climate Liaisons in the implementation of anti-bullying curriculum, and serve as content expert for on-site technical assistance schools as needed, in the additional amount of $1,000.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $15,000.00 to$16,000.00, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period September 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015. All of the terms and conditions of Contract remain in full force and effect.
