Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Contract between the District and the Oakland Public Education Fund, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide Wellness Champion services to Encompass Academy; support youth leaders in wellness at Oakland High, Skyline High, Oakland Technical High, Ralph Bunche High, Fremont High, Montera Middle and Westlake Middle Schools; support parent wellness leaders at ten OUSD schools to be determined; and website development and support-template selection, creating pages, domain set up, training on new CMS and project coordination, for the period of November 17, 2014 through June 30, 2015, in the additional amount of $1,957.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $19,688.00 to $21,645.00. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
