Approval by the Board of Education of Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services between District and Simplex Grinnell, Livermore, CA, for the latter to replace the existing Autocall TFX-500 fire alarm control unit located in the 1st Floor main office with a new 4100ES voice equipped fire alarm control unit and a remote announciator with microphone at Cole Elementary School site, in conjunction with the Foster Central Commissary (PEC Move) Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period commencing April 22, 2015 and concluding no later than October 9, 2015 in an amount not to exceed $43,600.00.
