Approval by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and HERO, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide one full-time Program Coordinator, Monday-Friday to implement Hero's components, including: RECESS-organizing safe and inclusive opportunities to play and physical activity and CLASS GAME TIME-organizing and leading individual classes with their teacher through group and skill building activities, and other activities, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Franklin Elementary School, for the period February 1, 2015 through June 12, 2015, in an amount not to exceed $14,000.00.
