Approval by the Board of Education of Independent Consultant Agreement for Geotechnical Services between District and Professional Services Industries, Oakland, CA, for the latter to include geotechnical engineering services, two soil borings, environmental soil sampling, lab tests and written report documenting results; cost includes an allowance for drilling on a Saturday, if required, to avoid impact to school operations, in conjunction with the Hillcrest Elementary School Finishing Kitchen Upgrade Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period commencing April 8, 2015 and concluding no later than December 31, 2015 in an amount not to exceed $21,463.00.
