Approval by the Board of Education of Independent Contractor Agreement for Professional Services between District and AON Fire Protection Engineering Corp., San Ramon, CA, for the latter to provide plan check design documents from intrusion and fire alarm; attend pre-design meetings and witness testing for final acceptance report test results, in conjunction with the Hillcrest Elementary School Finishing Kitchen Upgrade Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period commencing April 8, 2015 and concluding no later than April 8, 2017 in an amount not to exceed $6,200.00.
