Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Contract between the District and Ariana Flores, San Francisco, CA, for the latter to provide 1000 hours of additional service to support the needs of the vulnerable and emerging population of unaccompanied minors in the District, with and through community partners and services, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, in the additional amount of $45,000.00, increasing the not to exceed amount of the Contract from $30,000.00 to $75,000.00 and extending the term of the Contract from October 1, 2014 through January 30, 2015 to June 30, 2015. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
