Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Eve H. Gordon, Alameda, CA, for the latter to provide the following services: define specific Restorative Justice-based response to conflict and misbehavior; provide coaching and facilitation support to Cormac to plan and provide 2 hour training sessions with admin/leads/support staff who most consistently follow up on student conflict and misbehavior; and facilitate 41.5 hour reflection and coaching sessions with that group of adults to refine and improve the practice and provide interim coaching and planning check-ins with principal, as needed, to prepare well for group sessions, at Oakland International High IGHhIGHSchool for the period December 1, 2014 through June 15, 2015, in an amount not to exceed $5,000.00.
